Like many businesses that work with public services, we are trying to help our customers step-up to the current challenge. We’ve been amazed at how quickly many of our clients have been able to respond.
As well as helping our customers to use our software and solutions effectively through this period (more on this later), there are also some more direct ways that our consultancy team can help.
Emergency Waste and Recycling Rounds
We are already working with one council on amendments to their waste and recycling rounds in order to help meet changing demand. If your council needs to make changes to rounds, please get in touch with us as soon as possible and we will see if we can help.
Vulnerable Person Deliveries
We are also aware that some local authorities may need to support the effort to provide food deliveries and special collections for vulnerable people. Using your LLPG to select the appropriate addresses, we could also help very quickly build and update special routes. If you think your council may need help in this area, please get in touch.
