Hambleton District Council has awarded environmental service technology company, Webaspx a contract for a new waste management solution to support the digital transformation of its waste and recycling services.
Hambleton will be deploying the company’s Digital Depot platform, which includes digital workflows and In-cab computers in the council’s refuse collection vehicles, to help remove paper forms, automate business processes and reduce calls to the council.
The new modules that Hambleton have taken come pre-integrated with Webaspx’s route optimisation software solution, which the council already uses to design and maintain the efficiency of their waste collection rounds.
